I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in order to maintain a decent standards of customer service that I have come to expect from your restaurant. While dining at this restaurant today, I encountered an unpleasant experience with one of the waitresses. Unfortunately, she displayed inappropriate behavior by shouting at me. This incident left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. As a customer, I believe that it is crucial for the staff to treat all patrons with professionalism and courtesy. Shouting at a customer is not only unprofessional but also creates a negative atmosphere for other diners. It is disheartening to witness such behavior. I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address this issue. It is my hope that you will provide additional training to your staff members, emphasizing the importance of respectful and calm communication with customers. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could ensure that I, as well as other customers, do not have to endure such treatment in the future. This incident has greatly tarnished my perception of your establishment. I trust that you will handle this complaint in a prompt and professional manner, and that necessary steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Earl Grey Brownie, Honey Cake & Lemon Loaf with two Iced Black for $27.00 I personally didn’t like the brownie but this is due to personal preference. So I am not commenting much in it but I did like the Honey Cake. It’s a dense cake soaked in honey, literally. However, it is still quite pleasant to eat - I think the sweetness is just nice. I have a sweet tooth. As for the lemon loaf, I think it is just okay. The sugar, icing on top are way too much that it easily overpowered the loaf itself. I scrapped them off because it really is too much. The loaf itself stick to your teeth when you eat it which is also something that I couldn’t appreciate. Taste wise, it’s decent. Nothing to comment on the coffee but appreciate that they have a decaf option. Service wise, there wasn’t any because you collect the food yourself at the counter. Pretty much self-service. So, there is no service charge.

All food taste is consistent. 👍👍👍* Returning customer, first visit to this branch. Waffle is heavenly, serving size is generous. Great for sharing. The cinnamon roll is good. The signature would be the difference flavours of brownies. It is out of this world.
